closing on monday

with my refinance. yay. will be good to have that done, but i'm cringing as i transfer money from my savings account to cover the closing costs. yucky. but at least they'll be recovered fairly quickly.

i'm a little annoyed that they're not getting me exact dollar amounts until a few days from now, so i'm going to have to transfer more than enough to cover things instead of just exactly enough.

oh well. i guess i'll live :)

i was going to mow the yard, and i got all dressed for it and opened the door, only to find that everything is wet.
