The knitting olympics

Ok, so I've been thinking about doing the knitting olympics. Essentially you can't start til the Olympics start and you have to finish by the end.

One tricky part about this is that I'll be in Minneapolis for the bulk of it. Maybe that's a good thing--no other distractions besides work.

I love Mariah! I have the yarn and everything, but I just can't start for some reason. I don't think I could do it in the time limit, though, so I can't join you. I'll certainly be cheering you on!

I just got the wool! I'm using Patons classic like recommended and I got it in a nice neutral dark olive green. I'm so excited but it's definitly a daunting task.

I've got Paton's in a light grey. It was supposed to be an Eintein Coat from a Sally Melville book, but I hated knitting that thing. Mariah is so much better, and I'd wear it so much more often.
