speaking of workout videos

With all the discussions of TurboJam going around, I decided it's time for me to pick up something new.

I got Carmen Electra's aerobic striptease, volume 1. I went through the first routine and half of the second one. It takes a lot of concentration for me to learn all the moves since i'm totaly uncoordinated. It's more fun than workout though. I'm amused. It makes me want to really learn the whole routines so I can do them without going through all the instructional stuff.

I have that whole series. The actual "workout" part really makes you sweat, and then it breaks itself down into target areas so you can focus on them.

I rented that from blockbuster but couldn't get into it. But if you like it cool. You should try turbo jam with Robin when I give it to her. I'm gonna get everyone hooked on it.
